Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer and the complete manufacturer's warranty is included with the product. Healthcare4Home.com will assist you in contacting the manufacturer; however we do not offer any implicit or explicit warranty.
On most items, Healthcare4Home.com has a 30-day return policy.
On clearance and refurbished items, Healthcare4Home.com offers a 21-day exchange policy for defective items. No refund will be issued.
If you are not satisfied with the product, within the return policy period, contact us at support@Healthcare4Home.com with the order number, your contact information, item serial number, and details of defect(s) in the product(s). We will contact you with further instructions.
Refunds apply to product costs only; other fees such as shipping, handling and insurance charges are not refundable. On items where all fees are included in the purchase prices, these fees will be deducted from the refund.
For exchanges sent to outside of United States, you will be responsible for the shipping expenses.
No goods should be returned without receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from the Healthcare4Home.com customer service department.
Returns are subjected to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material.
To expedite the processing of your exchange or credit, return the products to Healthcare4Home.com in their original packaging within ten (10) business days of the date that Healthcare4Home.com issues the RMA number. You must also prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. It is recommended that at a minimum, a shipping method be used that provides a tracking number.
Returned products must be in as-new and salable condition. All of the manuals, diskette(s), CD(s), power cable(s), product ID(s), software key(s), and other items included with a product must be returned with it. We will give partial or no refund if returned products are not in satisfactory conditions.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website and policies at any time without advance notices. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
